These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Crest Circle website and your enrolment in any programme, mentorship, or service offered by Crest Circle. By accessing our website or registering for a programme, you agree to these terms.
Crest Circle is an education and mentorship organisation that helps high school students design, build, and complete real world projects under the guidance of experienced mentors. Our programmes include subject verticals, capstone projects, essay support, and related services.
Our programmes are primarily designed for high school students. Students under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before enrolling. By submitting an enquiry or registration form, you confirm that you have obtained any required parental or guardian consent.
Submitting a contact form or booking a consultation does not guarantee admission to a programme. Placement depends on mentor availability, programme fit, and scheduling. Crest Circle reserves the right to decline or defer enrolment at its discretion.
The User and/or Parent understands and agrees that the Mentors are not employees, representatives or agents of the Company. All parties involved in the provision of Services are independent contractors with each other, with the Mentor providing the Mentoring Services and the Company providing the Platform Services.
The User acknowledges that the Company only facilitates the allotment and scheduling of the Mentoring Sessions. The User is required to maintain constant interaction with the Mentor in order to establish a schedule for Sessions. The Company is not liable or responsible for the completion of any Mentoring Sessions, for the provision of Mentoring Services, or for any acts or omissions of the Mentor(s) during the Session or otherwise, including any damage, loss and/or injury that may be caused to any of the participating parties or any third party.
The User agrees and acknowledges that they may not be able to avail of the Services if they are unable to access the Internet or procure the materials as required for the completion of the Sessions. In such an event, the User agrees to inform the Company and the Mentor as soon as possible of their inability to complete the Sessions in order to reschedule the remaining Sessions.
Programme fees, payment schedules, and any applicable taxes will be communicated before enrolment. Fees are due according to the payment terms agreed at the time of registration. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
The Company does not provide refunds for sessions, regardless of the period of time between the cancellation and the timing of the session.
The Company also does not provide a refund once the Fee Payment is complete, independent of whether the enrolment form has been signed by the User or not.
Refunds, if any, shall be provided solely at the discretion of the Company. The Company may exercise its discretion to reallocate the Fee Payment already credited for cancelled Sessions if they exceed 3 (three). In order to request such a refund, a written application with sufficient reason and proof if applicable must be submitted no later than 3 (three) working days after the cancelled Session.
The User shall be permitted to cancel not more than 3 (three) Sessions, after which the concerned Student's enrolment with any of the Company's programmes shall automatically cease with immediate effect.
Any time and date changes for Sessions are to be mutually agreed to according to both Parties' availability.
Students are expected to participate actively, meet agreed deadlines, and complete their own work. Mentors guide, challenge, and review work; they do not complete assignments on behalf of students. Misrepresentation of work, plagiarism, or failure to engage in good faith may result in removal from a programme without refund.
Students retain ownership of original work they create during a programme, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Crest Circle may request permission to showcase anonymised or attributed student projects for educational, promotional, or portfolio purposes. Mentors and Crest Circle retain ownership of their own materials, frameworks, and teaching resources.
Crest Circle provides structured mentorship and programme support. We do not guarantee specific academic, competition, admission, or career outcomes. Results depend on student effort, external factors, and third party decisions beyond our control.
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. Content on this website is for general information and may be updated without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crest Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programmes. Our total liability for any claim relating to a programme shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that programme.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
